Issue with all new fba warehouse shipments being marked as defective after account reactivation
My account suspended in November 2024 was reactivated in April 2025 after a video call. The new shipment I sent to the fba warehouse after reactivation was all marked as unfulfillable. The support cases I opened did not provide a solution.
After my research I realized that I am not the only one with this problem. I saw that other people who were suspended and their account was reactivated had the same problem. When I checked this forum, there is even a seller who wrote that after his account was reactivated, he shipped 7 times to the fba warehouse and all of them were marked as unfullfilment. So I think it's a systemic error and that's why I'm afraid to send new shipments to the FBA warehouse.
My business and other people's businesses are suffering serious losses because of this situation. I would be very grateful if you take care of the issue and offer a solution.
