One of my products has dimensions of 27 x 17 x 13 cm, but Amazon changed the dimensions to 270 x 17 x 13 cm and now I can’t create a shipment

Since there is no inventory in the Amazon warehouse now, there is no way to apply for re-measurement.

Re-measurement requires inventory, but I can't create a shipment. This is a contradiction. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

I don't know if this will work but If you were to create another FBA offer on that listing and enter the correct sizes it may let you send them in.
