FBA In Europe

If we launch products on Amazon DE via FBA EFN, is there a way we can prevent customers from buying in certain countries? Both countries that have dedicated Amazon stores available (France, Italy, Spain etc), but also countries without dedicated stores (Austria, Switzerland etc)
