encounter 8541 error and couldn't relist listing
I’m beyond frustrated with Amazon Seller Support. I encounter 8641 reeor since 2025.2.26 and I open case for this issue. Seller Support told me the only way to solve this problem is to using list loder to delete the listing and then upload it. At first i did not want to delete, but the seller support insisted on it. So I deleted it and then the nightmare come. For such a long time ,I couldn't successfully upload it and the case I open couldn't solved it. More inportant, One seller Support told me that I have to upload the listing first so that he can solve the problem for me. WOW, HOW AMAZING!!!
I opened a case 10912021792 in 11 Mar, and then a long time for waiting the problem still not unsolved with a sentence that they are investigated my issue with technical team. Nothing I can do untill I got a message that the Amazon plan to discard inventory. Another surprise!!!

I just checked your case (#10912021792) and noticed you haven't uploaded a new feed file with the updated PT yet as per Seller Support request. Could you try doing that first?
If you're still having trouble after uploading the new file, I'll be happy to escalate this for you.
