Starting a Handmade seller account

I really need someone from Amazon seller support to see this and sort it out.

I have a seller account and wanted to open a handmade account. I applied and submitted photographs without showing my business cards in the pictures. The application was rejected because of this. All i wanted to do was supply new pictures but you cannot reply to the emails. So i submitted a request and keep getting the same email back saying that I don't even have an account. Even though Amazon have already taken £30 and my application has come through Seller central. I managed to speak to someone on the telephone today who confirmed we did have an account and told me to re submit the handmade application. I did this and got a message stating that there has already been a submitted application. I again contacted seller support only to be told, in what appears to be a copy and paste email, that we don't have an account.

I already have many case numbers

No one from Seller Support will see this, this is a sellers forum, if you are lucky a mod might see it but they might not able to help you
