Amazon ads have suddenly stopped running, and now the products are not receiving any traffic.

On December 4th, we suddenly stopped receiving ad clicks overnight, resulting in no ad spending.
We contacted the Amazon advertising team, and they asked us to wait patiently.
Therefore, on December 5th, we launched a new advertising campaign for the same ASIN with higher bids and budget, but still received no clicks.
We also checked that the listing had the Buy Box.
We’ve been selling on Amazon for over two years. All affected products are FBA, fully available in Amazon warehouses, eligible for next-day shipping, and competitively priced there’s no clear reason for this change.
Please investigate and resolve this as soon as possible. This issue is severely impacting our business and requires immediate attention.

I am experiencing the exact same issue :-( Seller support say there is no issue their end. Something must have changed that day as my ad spend went down from around £50 per day to £4.01 on the 4th December and £0.03 yesterday with no changes made my end.

I'm having the same issue. Since yesterday, there have been no impressions, no clicks, and no spending. I contacted ad support and they said everything is fine. I increased the bids and even launched a new ad, but it's still the same.
