I believe this has been brought in because of scammer sellers. There was a huge spate of sellers trying to shift fake SSD's (flash drives glued into an expensive-looking case) and other things. Essentially, criminal sellers have once again ruined things for legitimate sellers.

I don't know how long you've been selling, but you should be able to disperse daily, unless there's some other issue on your account? Maybe a velocity review?
