"Unable to Charge" with Mastercard Debit
I'm trying to set up a new seller account with a debit card, but I keep getting this "unable to charge" error. I've heard that a lot of people are having problems with mastercard and or debit cards, is it possible I could get some assistance with this?

There are several places where Amazon mentions using a Debit card; but the reality seems to be that they still want a valid CREDIT card.
There were some issues with Mastercard a few months ago; have not heard anything recently, but it could be happening again. But I suspect the bigger issues is that you are using a DEBIT card rather than an actual CREDIT card.
My advice would be to get a credit card, and see if that fixes the situation.

Hello @Seller_uxyhgub51mo96,
Thank you for reaching out. You will want to add a true and valid credit card to the account. It cannot be a pre-paid or debit card. The card must also be able to accept international charges. Amazon may accept a debit card initially for charges, however, in order to get the account verified and being to list items a true credit card must be added.
We accept the following credit or debit cards:
- American Express
- Diners Club
- Discover
- JCB
- MasterCard
- Visa
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Cheers,
Micah
