Account Level Reserve - EDD past 30 days
Hello,
I have sales from products that have been delivered for more than 30 days now and I still am not getting funds released from my account level reserve. Can someone help me understand when funds will be transferred to my bank account? I am a new seller, but my account is in good standing and have confirmed orders that have been delivered past 30 days so I do not see a reason why they are still in account level reserve.

Can someone please help here? I have contacted Amazon Seller over the phone and they have been no help and keep telling me I'll hear back via email and all I get is the generic template defining what an account level reserve is which I am very aware of what it means but my orders have passed the delivery date by 30 days so I should be entitled to my funds at this point.

I was checking your account and I do see that in this case we do have net proceedings schedule to be paid by 11/15/2024.
Please know transfers can take 3-5 business days to complete and actual transfer amount is subject to change.
