amazon is a joke with returns ? customer obsession / gaslighting
had recent order for a book £35.00 customers clear signature with royal mail , amazons response not enough proof of delivery . this site is ridiculous there thanking me for my customer obsession , they will now refund customer for any reason without informing me , had enough of all there policys and gaslighting this platform is toxic and i pity anybody who stays on it , and lets not even go there with there disgusting account level reserves !!!

I see one or more similar cases on the forums every day. Its something Amazon will have to address eventually but it will probably take years to filter 'upstairs' and even longer for them to actually do something about it. The only way I finally got my account verification finally sorted was to email the MD. About six times.

Had the same today, customer bought an item and then claimed wasn’t as described(too small) despite the size being clear in the description and even an image with the item against a ruler. Amazon fully refunded them and charged the refund to us. No obligation for the customer to return the item they get free item we get nothing. 😡

Our refund rate is up to 10 per cent of sales some weeks on Amazon . We sell exactly the same products on ebay and Etsy . On both of those platforms refunds are pretty much zero . Amazon just love giving our products for free
