Customer wants to contact me directly
A customer has reached out wanting to contact me directly about a product I sell and would like to talk on the phone.
He is asking me to share my telephone number but my understanding is that this might be a violation of Amazons T & Cs and put my account at risk if I was to engage in this manner.
Can someone clarify?

you may not actually be able to provide a phone number in the message without it possibly being picked up by Amazon, and they could determine you were trying to take the sale outside of Amazon. What you can do, is ensure you have a customer services telephone number on your Amazon seller page, and direct them to that page.
