Review isn't relevant
Hi there, we've had a review that isn't really relevant - the customer assumed our product was 500ml when the listing clearly states its 250ml - and the review doesn't contain any further info on the product other than a picture next to a product that is 500ml. I've tried live chat (stock responses and told me to report it) and reporting the review but haven't got any response. What do I do?

Sorry you’ve received this review but unfortunately there is zero chance of getting it removed unless the customer decides to delete it. But I wouldn’t push them.
It’s worth reviewing the listing to see if the wording can be improved to reduce the chance of other buyers getting confused.
