On demand disbursement

Morning everyone

Please can someone help. I could do On-Demand disbursement till last week but now I am getting this message

“This account is currently not eligible for On-Demand Disbursement.”

I asked Amazon what this was about and this is what they said

"As per your email, I understand your concern you are not to make On Demand Disbursement.

Pleased be informed that the Disburse Now button is only available to Sellers who have the delivery date payment policy as a standard policy due to account registration date or account reactivation after dormancy.

If a Seller has the delivery date policy temporarily suspended due to Performance Metrics, the Disburse Now button will not be available."

I have no problems on performance metrics so not sure what this is about. I was totally FBA earlier but I recently started FBM (4 weeks ago) so could this be something to do with, although I have done on-demand disbursements since starting FBM.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

I am having the same problem, no issues with performance metrics though unable to disburse. Perhaps a glitch?

Are you sure you’re waiting just over 24 hours since the last disbursement. I get this message if it’s been less than 24 hours and 8 minutes since I last disbursed. You can tell I’ve spent a lot of time working out the exact timing lol!

This is probably the reason. Whilst you were FBA they were certain that you were posting orders to your customers etc as they were doing it for you. Whilst you have been a long established FBA seller, when it comes to FBM, you’re now technically a newbie so you will probably go onto the same disbursement schedule as new sellers which I think is payment seven days after the estimated delivery date

They have done this to me too! I normally withdraw my funds daily between £2-3K and now I am being told it will be 7 days after the latest delivery date. I have no charge backs or cases on my account so I am fuming. If they don’t revert it back I will have to stop selling on Amazon because I can not wait almost 2 weeks to receive my money. How do they expect me to run a business if they are holding on to my cash flow.

It seems this is due to verifying bank account information. I have the same problem. Go to your account settings and check there. There should be some info about this.
Good luck
