Unfair A-to-Z Claim Decision – 702-9570714-5418600

Dear Amazon,

I am writing regarding an A-to-Z claim (Case ID: 702-9570714-5418600) in which the customer requested a return. Following Amazon’s instructions, I provided my return address. However, this action negatively impacted my Order Defect Rate (ODR), and the customer was refunded using my funds and I didn't receive my product back. Appeal also denied.

I believe this decision is unfair and would appreciate your assistance in reviewing and resolving this matter.
