'Email address doesn't exist'

Please help me with this issue.

I made a new amazon seller account back in May. This was with the same email that I previously had a personal customer account. I made this ages ago and forgot but didn't think it would be an issue. I then logged in and out too quickly which caused it to be temporarily locked. This was then unlocked and I used it fine, but an amazon support worker decided it was inactive and needed to be closed and deleted.

In this time between having it unlocked, I sent products to amazon on my seller account (with the same email) and started selling. BUT, then the account was deleted and this in term removed access from my selling account. Now, after going in circles with amazon seller support and amazon customer service, they are both blaming each other. I am getting charged the monthly fee of roughly £30 every month and I cannot stop it. I cannot log into the account as 'this email address doesn't exist'. I don't know what to do. I also can't get called by amazon seller support from that account to allow them to have access because I cannot log in!!!

Please any help is appreciated.
