One seller has more than 12 ASINs that are duplicate listings.

My name is Sunny. I am writing to bring to attention a potential issue concerning duplicate listings by a seller on the Amazon marketplace.

I am planning to sell the product "Magic Broom" on Amazon. During my research, I have identified multiple listings that appear to be duplicates from the same seller (ID: A3RP3EWFQH15S1) for the same product. This seems to be a violation of Amazon's listing policies and has caused me some concern.

ASIN B0D2DK2CS8 is the same as ASIN B0D2DK2CS8 with the same images, bullets, A+ etc.

Additionally, while browsing other products sold by this seller, I have noticed a significant number of duplicate listings for other products as well.

ASIN B0CKYJQVWW and B0CYPPWBBB - have the same color and size

ASIN B0C9JRN9S7 and B0D2PF5YSD - have the same size and color

ASIN B0CZNY3P26 and B0CZNY3P26 - have the same size and color

ASIN B0D4M86PMS and B0C6G96RPH - have the same quantity and images

ASIN B0CRPX7CZJ and B0D4M45DTP - have the same quantity and images

These listings also have identical or nearly identical main images and product descriptions, indicating that they are the same products listed multiple times.

I have already tried reporting this duplicate listing issue through the Report Abuse page, but I have not received any response. I hope to reach Amazon staff here to address this issue.

Amazon does not fix these issues, you can report it all you want. Only the bot takes action, whenever the bot identifies an issue. Usually what the bot finds, is not an issue, so the bot makes it one. Nobody can get the bot's attention. It does what it wants, goes where it wants, and chops off heads as and when it pleases.

I’m also looking for an answer to this issue.

This duplicate listings lead to unfair competition for other sellers and results in a poor shopping experience for customers.

Search seller help for "merging" or "merge" duplicate listings. It will take you through the steps. Their "AI" will look at the listings and if they deem they are duplicates they will merge them. If they don't, it will then let you open up a case and a human will look at them. Just do this one at a time going down the list.

Greetings @Seller_B2UU7MdU6nCCh,

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns with these ASINs. If you provide your case IDs on this issue I can attempt to escalate your report. In general I won't be able to provide any insights into what actions, if any, the investigators take on these ASINs but I will ensure that they have been reviewed by the correct team. Thank you for your understanding.

When he took over my listing too, he changed the brand, he changed the photo, he changed the listing details and he added a link to his store. Again, on MY listing. Meanwhile he has about a dozen other ASIN-s for the same product, just with slightly different product photos. That's how it is, I think I asked Amazon about it, but they didn't give a straight answer. If I remember correctly, they said something like I should go and check all the listing and send report about each, and do this and do that, and this and that. I'm sorry but I'm not going to do Amazon's job for free. Am I going to get a paycheck to do all the long workhours to write reports and such? So I just don't even bother. If they don't care, I don't care. However this is pretty unethical to take over (pretty much hijack) someone else's listing, change it, adding links to it, etc. At a point they even changed the product listing title and they added their brand name to it. It was there for a long time, I think Amazon removed that part of the title, fortunately.

Don't rely on Amazon to fix any real issues, if you are a an honest seller, they will come to find faults with your product, deactivate them, remove them from FBA store.

The reason is that their system is lousy, cannot find real issues; and human emplyees are lazy, irresponsible, and mean and vicorous, they won't fix any problem for you, just trying to say wula to Amazon while you losing money.

A few of Amazon emplyess are capable and good but they are not authorized to fix things for sellers.

If I worked for Amazon, I would to too shameful to go outside.
