Business License Alternative document help required
i am trying to expand in North American market places from UK/EU and amazon is asking for business license at amazon.com
My business is registered in UAE and the govt. authority does not issues any certificate named business/trade license and I have the following documents available:
1- Memorandum & Articles of Association - Already submitted and rejected as invalid document
2- Incorporation certificate - Already submitted and rejected as invalid document
3- Good standing certificate - Already submitted and rejected as invalid document
4- Incumbency Certificate ( issued on request )
I have tried to reach out the seller support but no response received so far.
I have also tried to contact UK account health team and seller support to help out but they redirect me to contact north American marketplace support team.
I have also tried to post on Amazon.com seller forums but i am not allowed yet to post there as registration is pending..
Please help me to get the registration done.

It has been understood that you are a UAE based seller and want to expand your business to the other regions.
If you are already selling on any of our Amazon stores, then go to Sell globally dashboard ( Inventory > Sell globally ) to register and start selling on another store.
While registering in the other regions please confirm that there is a valid credit card on file and provide the following documents in PDF, PNG, JPEG or GIF format.
The documents must be legible, authentic and unaltered, and contain the required information. We do not accept screenshots.
The name and address on the document must match the information entered in Seller Central.
– A business license if applicable
– A utility bill dated within the last 90 days for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone or Internet service with your name and address visible.
