Hi everyone,

I was asked to upload a utility bill (gas, electricity, or water) for verification, so I uploaded my water bill with all the correct info – my name, address, and everything.

But it got rejected, and my account is still not activated. not sure why, and now I’m just stuck not knowing what to do next.Has anyone else had this happen? Any advice would really help.
