Request to Separate Personal and Seller Accounts

I have a newly created seller account that is currently joint with my personal account or registered under the same email. I would like them to be separated for clarity and better management. Can you give me some directions on how I can separate my business side (currently tied to my personal email address) and ensure it is migrated to an existing business account under a different email address?
