Amazon not recognising St Patricks Day as a bank holiday here in Northern Ireland, will severely affect out late despatch rate, I have been on to support but as usual to no avail. I am sure sellers in Scotland have the same issue with their bank holidays. Would a piece of code put in by Amazon not show where you live and what holidays there are? . Ebay do it.!!

you’d think but Amazon are unlikely to change.
They won’t recognise that bank holiday (only recognise the England or UK wide ones basically.
You’d need to extend your handling time
They have had it that way for years and are unlikely to fix it. You must change your handling time to +1 day for the 17 March and 12 July holidays (or the Scottish ones if applicable) and if you have any late dispatches you can contact seller support to have the demerits removed, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
