Under distance selling laws customers are entitled to a refund for an online purchase.
Amazon policy also allows customers to return items for any reason for both FBA and FBM sellers. Depending on the category and reason for returning the customer may have to pay for the cost of returning it.
There are some exemptions for products such as underwear where it is a change of mind.
You can't do anything about it. Sometimes on FBA Amazon will tell the customer to keep the item and you will be reimbursed for the item.

I change my mind regularly with underwear. Blue Y fronts in November, then black boxers in May. I have never changed my vice-versas 😁🤣🤢

Your best option is to come off Amazon. My friends daughter knew we were on Amazon, but we were FBM. She thought that she'd give it a go FBA - she didn't want the "hassle of FBM". I told her what I thought, she carried on anyway & lost over £3,000 in less than 6 months.
