VAT NOW BEING CHARGED ON FEES

i am VAT registered but fees are being charged with VAT on top and it was not like this last month,.

is this the new way as i have not had any email from amazon to advise of this.

Yes, you now have to claim them back when you file your VAT returns. Not sure about an email, but there have been a couple of news posts about it.

I got an email, and yes, there have been notifications in the 'News' sections. Started 1st August. As said, if you are VAT registered then you will claim the VAT back when you file your returns.
