Request for Help Reactivating Inactive ASIN – Creatine Gummies
Dear Amazon Seller Support,
I am reaching out to request assistance with reactivating my product listing for Creatine Monohydrate Gummies 4500mg, which is currently in an inactive status.
This product had been successfully listed and sold for a long time. However, it went inactive after I temporarily went out of stock. Now that I have new inventory ready to be shipped, I would like to reactivate the listing so I can resume sales.
When I attempt to request approval, I receive the following message:
"We are not accepting applications to sell:
Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s) Other Human Ingestible products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)"
Please note that I am selling this product in NEW condition only, as I have always done. It was previously approved and active, and I believe the listing may have been affected due to the extended out-of-stock status.
Could you please advise on how I can reactivate my existing listing or help resolve this issue so I can list my product again?
