Purchase multiple labels in Buy Delivery for multiple box orders
Starting on 14 July 2026, you can purchase multiple labels for single quantity items through Buy Delivery. Each part or piece of your product listing will get its own label and tracking number. When you buy delivery, you’ll select the package count and see consolidated delivery rates.
We’ll create a unique shipment ID for each package, which means we can track your Valid Tracking Rate and on-time delivery rate for every package. This package-level tracking also helps us process A-to-z Guarantee and SAFE-T claims accurately.
Your customers will see individual tracking and delivery dates for each package in their order, giving them clear visibility into when each part will arrive.

You have taken at least 6 years to implement this. Shame on you as an organisation.
I have lost count of the number of times over the past 6 years we asked for this only to be fobbed off and told it wasn't possible.

When will this be available to Easyship via Evri orders?
We have had a huge order, of multiple quantities of different items under one order number. Yet you cannot change the amount of parcels it will go in, you can only ship under 1 label............?
