My UK product has been set up by someone else in Canada with prohibited words in the bullets and now is banned
I received an email from Amazon saying that my listing was being closed and I needed to remove my product as it had Jimson Weed in it and also some drug called methoxetamine. This is impossible as they are just cotton make up pads.
On appeal Amazon said it is because the ASIN has been set up in Amazon CA with the following banned words in it MXE Ear Candle, Weapon, ivory, rhinoceros horn, 4baton shampoo drugs CBD Water cannabi Jimson Weed Mosquito etc etc
Now I don’t even have a CA account so I can’t go in and amend it. Has anyone else had similar? How has this happened? What can I do? thanks Rob
