Really Need Help CHILDRENS NIGHTWEAR LISTING BLOCKED - Safety of children's clothing - Cords and drawstrings on children's clothing
My listing is still being rejected even though I have submitted the correct test report for BSEN 14878 which is the Flammability test method 1103, by IFS the UKAS testing centre. I can only assume its not accepted as the automated email also is asking for a drawer strings and cords test but there isn't any on my product! These cannot be tested as they don't exist on the item!! No one at amazon can help, what do I do? I have had the listing blocked a couple months and cannot get it sorted, I really really need help @Adam_Amazon_ @Spencer_Amazon @Emma_Amazon @Kai_Amazon @Julia_Amazon

We are experiencing a very similar issue, so you’re definitely not alone.
We used to sell kids’ school uniform hoodies on Amazon for many years without any problems. Recently, Amazon started requesting additional safety documentation, including requirements that don’t seem relevant to the actual product (such as tests for features the garments don’t even have).
It became very difficult to get clear guidance or support, and the process felt inconsistent and unclear.
After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, we eventually decided to stop selling hoodies on Amazon altogether due to these ongoing compliance challenges.
We have been manufacturing school uniforms for a long time and continue to supply wholesale and retail in Amazon. However, we still find it confusing what exact documentation is now expected, especially as it’s not always clear whether appropriate testing standards or providers even exist for certain product types like school hoodies.
Hopefully, Amazon can provide clearer guidance and more consistent support, as this is affecting many long-standing sellers.
