customer returned wrong item to me, but i can't find the order

customer returned wrong item to me, but i can't find the order

I got a return (FBM) and they used a prepaid (through amazon) return label

Inside was a (very smelly) product from another retailer

If i look at my returns i can't find this buyer, i am aware of all the other returns, but no sign of this customer

Can i take the RM tracking number from the return label to find the order?

I also checked my dispatch history and can't find anyone with this name, but could be different on the original amazon order

If the Return has been Auto-Authorised by Amazon then you can find the order by searching returns for Order ID, RMA, Tracking ID or ASIN

Suggest you change the date range to 365 days then search the tracking id within the manage returns section. The date range filter may be causing the issue.
