Account and organization verification
Hello. I have been selling private label on Amazon UK for 1 year. On June 25th I received an email regarding a VAT issue and thanks to my manager we resolved the issue within 3 days and the account payments went back to normal. However, on July 29th I received another email stating that they would charge VAT due to my company incorporation not being verified. The KYC team wrote in the email that you can continue selling but my account was closed after 1 day and no reason was given. I sent all the documents we had but I did not receive a positive response and my account is not opening, there is no reason and I do not know what to do. Does anyone have any information on this issue and can help? Thank you.

Amazon are legally required to check whether businessess on their site should be VAT registered in Uk. They seem to be saying that your business should be but isn't? Are you VAT registered here?
