Has anyone any idea how to change Dispatch From Address

I have checked General Shipping Settings, Account Info Settings and the information in here is not the same as what is shown on shipped orders (see attached).

It has an old company name and it is out of date but I cannot see where to change this or indeed any reference to this anywhere in my Shipping or Account settings.

A mod was looking into this before from me and told me that it was taken from the information provided in my Vat information…

I am not vat registered, but if you are check your tax settings page

If anyone is applying for vat exemption, or has done recently - was there an address there anywhere?

I’m reluctant to withdraw my exemption in case I can not reapply it haha

Go to Shipping Settings > General Shipping Settings. Look at the “Default Shipping Address”.

I know this might sound mad, but if it is correct make a slight change like adding a full stop at the end. You never know that may feed through and overwrite what you’re seeing in the orders?

Did anyone get to the bottom of this? We have just changed software provider and are having exactly the same problem :neutral_face:

Ok, I’ve got a couple of ideas, but our orders are none existent at the moment, so having to wait for orders to test. If one of them works I will let you know.
