Alleged listing policy violation not discoverable on Amazon.
Seller Support has referred me to the following prohibition:
‘The sale of medicinal products or dietary supplements containing Berberis = or > 500mcg per dose, or Berberine = or > 6mg per daily dose is prohibited on amazon.co.uk.’
After an exhaustive search, I cannot find this alleged prohibition/restriction anywhere on Amazon, and it appears to be contrary to more than 60 listings currently on amazon.co.uk. Despite repeated requests to Seller Support, they have failed to tell me where it can be found.
Can anyone help me?

Not every restriction is written down as Amazon policy. Some restrictions are based on regulations set down by Governments and other official bodies.
Firstly do your products contain the ingredients as stated in the violation?
Secondly have you done your research to see if there are restrictions on the dosage level in this country or other countries where you sell the item?
If it doesn't contain the ingredients in the dosage specified that would be your first line of appeal.
