Unable to create FBA Shipments
Has anyone been unable to create any FBA shipments? We have been encountering a software glitch/issue for over 7 weeks now. The issue is on Step 1 of the Send to Amazon feature. After we select all of the SKUs and the amount of inventory we would like to send to amazon we always encounter the error, "Something has gone wrong. Try refreshing the page. If that does not work, please delete the workflow and create a new one." We have tried creating 50+ new shipments, refreshing the page, using different computers, using different internet connections, using different OS's and we still encounter the exact same issue. I have created 5+ different cases about this issue and they always end with the support staff telling me they have resolved the issue after escalating it and the issue is still there. I am hoping that someone out there has some sort of fix for this issue or that the support staff on these forums can help us reach a resolution. This issue has cost us incredible amounts of damage to our sales, and massive damage to our listings ranks considering that we have been unable to restock them.

Do you currently have any performance notifications that would restrict this ability or are you trying to send ASINs that were recently removed from FBA facilities after aging, by chance?
