I've been grappling with a persistent issue concerning my account for over 18 months, and despite my best efforts, I haven't been able to find a resolution. The problem began when my account was deactivated due to a debt caused by the advertising department. The Advertising Department agreed to credit the debt, but the resolution process has hit a roadblock because the seller account is still displaying as deactivated.

To address this, I took the initiative and added a card to facilitate the collection of the seller debt, which has been successfully processed twice. Despite this, my account remains deactivated, and each time I open a case log, I receive repetitive responses instructing me to provide more information or stating that the deactivation is due to an unpaid balance — which is not the case.
