Transfering a Business after using Amazon Lending (2 years ago)

I need to transfer my Ltd company to a new Ltd company. It should be a simple enough process. However in 2023 I had a loan through Amazon Lending. It was over nine months and paid off in full in December 2023. Now when I try to transfer the company I get this message. I have emailed the email address in the message 3 times over the last 2 weeks but nobody replies. I am still getting the same message so no-one has fixed it.

I don't have an active loan!

My current bank account will be closing in the next week and now I'm stuck.

The thing is, you are NOT changing legal entity ? - you are/will be still Ltd.......but sorry, cannot offer any advice at all. Do you have any paperwork to show that the loan was paid off ?

I think the message you have received is incorrect.

As far as I know, you cannot directly transfer your Amazon Seller Central account from one Limited company to another; you'll need to close the current account and create a new one under the new company's details.
