Certified Bank Letter
Hi All
Recently I have been asked by Amazon to provide the certified bank letter with the stamp, i have been to the branch and they don't provide such letters, all they can provide is a bank statement, i sent them the bank statement twice but they kept on insisting for that letter.
Please help me in this matter, as i am losing sales on my account every day.

In Case of UK banks these letters do not exist.
Nearest is a bank statement with a branch counter hand stamp on
