Then what business do you have selling stuff to human beings that can potentially hurt or even kill them, never mind ignorance of the law?

Hi @Seller_9zUpcaVLDKsQU,

It sounds like Amazon is asking for compliance documentation to ensure your product meets safety and regulatory standards. Here's a quick guide to help you navigate this:

1. Understand the Requirement: Amazon may require a lab test report from an ISO 17025-accredited laboratory or a CPSC-accepted lab, depending on the product type. This ensures the product complies with applicable safety standards.

2. Find a Testing Lab: You can use Amazon's Service Provider Network (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gspn/searchpage/Compliance) to find accredited labs that offer testing services.

3. Documentation Needed: The test report should include:

  • Organization or company name
  • Proof of compliance with safety standards
  • Product description, make, and model
  • Product images matching the ASIN
  • Manufacturer's details

4. Submit the Documents: Once you have the required documentation, submit it through the Product Compliance Requests (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/GC35Z63FGCUCUWXX) section in Seller Central.

5. Appeal if Necessary: If you need to appeal a compliance request, you can do so through the same section by providing additional information or documentation.

For more detailed guidance, you can refer to the Product Compliance Documentation (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GFYECKCN9TSQ8H5B) page.

Best of luck with your compliance process!

Best regards, Michael
