LOST BUY BOX (FEATURED OFFER) ACROSS WHOLE STORE SINCE 18TH NOVEMBER

I hope you are well. I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding a serious issue that has affected my Amazon Seller account since 18 November 2025.

From this date, my account unexpectedly lost Featured Offer/Buy Box eligibility across all of my listings, despite many of my offers being priced competitively—often below the current Featured Offer. As a result, my sales have dropped significantly and my account performance has been heavily impacted.

I have contacted Seller Support multiple times (LATEST CASE ID: 11737576252), but unfortunately the responses I have received have been generic, citing standard Buy Box eligibility criteria instead of addressing the underlying issue. After conducting further research and speaking with other sellers, it appears that this situation may be linked to a bug/glitch that can occur when an Amazon notification regarding labelling issues is not acknowledged quickly enough.

Given the significant business impact and the likelihood that this issue stems from a system error rather than performance or pricing factors, I kindly request that this matter be escalated to the Amazon Buy Box/Featured Offer team for investigation and reinstatement.

The associate that provided the response gave a very generic response and only discussed 1 particular ASIN. This issue is affecting our whole store (400+ ASINS). This is a serious internal issue that is massively affecting our business and therefore also my personal well-being and income.

Please, please, please can you escalate this issue to an internal buybox specialist. This is a system bug.

I am not able to send all your ASINs for review. As the case ID you provided was for that specific ASIN, you will need to raise another case for another ASIN, which does not have the identified issue. You can then share the ID here once resolved, so I can check again.
