That will remove all obstacles to selling on Amazon and give you endless abilities to violate every single policy for a winning strategy!
Don't make genuine manufactured USA items as a small business. They HATE those.

"Customer service" on Amazon is in my oppinion non existent for sellers without brand registry. Since Amazon considers the customers being theirs and not the seller's ones, Amazon is doing all the customer service. The seller is reduced to answer eventual questions 2-3 times a year. And since contacting a customer is NOT allowed (except for urgent questions regarding the delivery or a customized order) we can't talk about customer service.
On the other hand, the customer just wants to order a product on Amazon and doesn't want to be harassed by 3-party-sellers. If he likes it he will reorder. But he doesn't want to build a relationship with the seller, nor does he read four pages of A+ content telling him how fantastic, extraordinary and unique is the product he considers to buy. The customer knows nowadays that this is all honey and milk mixed by marketing strategists and chat gpt.
The best customer service is selling a product of very good quality at a very good price.

We boosted sales and profits and eat less aspirin by choosing NOT to allow any of our products to be FBA.
Amazon refuses to allow any USA 3P to communicate with THEIR buyer - so there is NOT a customer service component to this platform for a USA 3P - Now the Chinese like to use gift cards and other methods to 'stand out' - so maybe they can chime in on how successful that strategy works for them.
One has to be diligent with constantly reviewing listings for hackers - so to be successful here is to waste valuable time trying to get any Mod to reply to assist with getting your listing(s) back
And the most important factor selling here - don't sell a lot of a product as they will find a way to hack your listing or duplicate the product or this platform will decide to do a knock off and put you out of business too.
