IP claims from the hut group/ lookfantastic and zero help from account health team

continuous IP claims from this company even though products were purchased through them and the invoices they provide constantly rejected by amazon as it doesn't provide a contact number for either the hut group or lookfantastic, they refuse to communicate through the email provided on the IP email, no one answers the phone number i have found online and amazon will not speak to me about them throwing IP claims out without good cause, anyone had any luck dealing with this kind of thing?

surely if a company can put an IP claim against sellers they should have to follow amazons policies on invoices and prove that they provide suitable invoices, its like they are creating an unfair marketplace which is against amazons policies

not sure on the hut group itself but look fantastic don’t look to be something amazon would accept as a valid wholesaler? If they are a retailer, Amazon won’t accept them I don’t think as it’s online arbitrage and you can’t list those goods as new.
