Large Shipment Missing - Unhelpful Template Responses & Suspicion of Misrouting
We’re facing a critical issue with our FBA shipment (reference: FBA15K4V8HG2) – over 1,000 units are unaccounted for.
Our freight forwarder confirmed the shipment was delivered to Amazon via Amazon’s own carrier, and we’ve provided proof of delivery (POD) and packing lists as requested. However, Amazon keeps replying with the same template: *“Proof of delivery only confirms the carrier delivered to our facility, not that Amazon received the exact items/quantities.”* They’ve closed the investigation without resolution.
We’re not asking for compensation – we just want our products found and listed. These missing units span nearly 900 cubic feet – a large shipment that surveillance should have captured. Dismissing us with templates and ending the investigation is deeply irresponsible and erodes trust in Amazon’s carrier network.
Notably, backend records show the shipment was registered at both LPL2 and BHX2. One of our SKUs from this shipment *was* received and listed at BHX2. We suspect the remaining units were misrouted to another warehouse.
Can anyone assist or share similar experiences? We need Amazon to reopen the investigation and properly locate our inventory.

Hello @Seller_SEIB1M4wYrvLC. Thank you for visiting the forums and for sharing the case details.
I reviewed Case 11289831262 and understand that you do not agree with the decision you made regarding discrepancies between what was listed in your shipping plan and what is received at the fulfilment centre. I asked our partner team to review the case and determine if there are any additional steps for you to dispute the case resolution.
