Unauthorized Sellers of my Brand on Amazon
Despite trying to protect my brand, I have identified unauthorized sellers listing products under my brand name. This situation is negatively impacting my brand reputation and sales.
i tried to reach Amazon registry... sometimes they remove the sellers,,, but mostly they ask for more information
and this will always take more time to solve the problem
i need a solution to prevent all sellers from using my brand...any advice

If you register your Brand in Amazon through Amazon Brand Registry, it will be simpler to prevent unauthorized Sellers. Please check the link below and enroll your brand.

As @Seller_IOkoD5v9ONkXasaid its easier to report it if your brand is registered.
I will suggest you to report a violation. In your Account Health Dashboard there is a link to report abuse of Amazon policies. It is possible to submit a Public Notice Form when you click on the Intellectual Property (Copyright, Trademark, Patent) violation section.

i have been facing the same issue and already lost some sales as it takes time for amazon to take action against these sellers if u find a way to reply to me

I have been in this situation. Unfortunately, even if you have brand registered and "brand registry" tool, unless you can provide brand registration in UAE ME specifically you are not protected by amazon tools. If you report them, Amazon will ask for UAE ME certificate and reject your reports in brand registry without it. Also, my reports in Account Health either were rejected with reference to submit them in Brand registry and Sales Support, or i didnt get any feedback at all. Reports in Brand Registry, Account Health, Emails to amazon people, calls to account health team, cases in sales support even posts in this forum - nothing worked, i didnt get any support. Only brand registered in UAE ME can help you to use amazon reporting system. Also, when you have brand registry tool, you will have much less of these sellers.
However, one thing worked. You can communicate to these sellers yourself and explain to them that you are brand owner and they are doing wrong. Also, once you see such new seller, immediately buy from him and see what exactly he is selling in your listing. In my case it was either completely different product or my product but in used condition. Once you received the order and took pictures, message to the seller and tell him that you have proof with pictures that he violates amazon policies and you will report him. Also, report him to amazon both as buyer and seller. Eventually this seller will leave your listing for good.
