Royalmail Click & Drop Business

Hi all,

Just hoping someone could put my mind at ease as i’m sending a good amount of parcels which are due to be collected later today.

I have only just converted to Royal mail Click and drop Business. On the personal account I would pay for the postage after creating the orders and then it would generate the labels.

On the business account I have completed the orders, then labels are generated WITHOUT payment.

When/where do I pay for the postage labels?

Thanks in advance

you need to generate a manifest to send with your orders.

You will then be invoiced by Royal mail and given 30 days to pay, they used to invoice every month or £1,000, but they seem to be invoicing weekly lately
