I have activated "Save 5% on 4 qualigying items" promotion on my listing but my promotional message is not displaying against green tag/colour on amazon search page while other seller's message is displaying against green background and is highlighted

if you have done it through Manage Promotions these normally show as an orange Promotion Available box on the ASIN page only.
the save 5% on 4 I believe is one that is amazon funded I think.
