Fraudulant Returns Scam on iPhone cases
Hi,
We are in the process of being scammed by people buying old iPhone 11 and 13 cases for discounted prices on eBay and then buying expensive new iPhone 15 cases on Amazon and claiming that they were sent the wrong case in order to return for a refund.
Normally we would just file a Safe-T claim after but we have just proved this scam because the customer must not have realised they have bought all these cases from us, they have bought the cheap cases on eBay and sending images of these into us on Amazon.
We were concerned something didn't seem right and then noticed this link.
The issue is that they have left us 1 star feedback on our storefront, in a way to pressure us into doing what they want i have since realised.
The return is still open and we need to do something about the refund, feedback and the fact that this kind of thing is openly happening. This is fraudulent and needs Amazon to help potentially? Is there anyone working for Amazon who could look into this for us as feedback and refunds are incredibly painful to smaller sellers like ourselves and they surely can't get away with this?
Any help would be greatly received?
Kind Regards

Unfortunately Amazon tend to turn a blind eye to this sort of behaviour, your only real option is to keep putting in Safe-T claims. If there are enough complaints against a single buyer, then they have been known to take action against that buyer, but they will never tell you when they do this.
