FBA Pallet Missing!

Hi,

I had an FBA pallet collected from our warehouse on 30/08/24 via UPS (Amazon’s partner courier). It was taking a long time for it to be booked in, so I contacted Seller Support on 01/10/24, thinking this was more than enough time for it to have been processed. Unfortunately, they have not been helpful at all in locating this pallet. Even after providing all the tracking information, they replied with, “we’re unable to continue our investigation because the documentation provided doesn’t meet one or more of the requirements for acceptance.” When I asked what they needed from me, I received no response, which I find very unprofessional.

I will leave the case ID here: 10374753732.

This shipment has since been closed without any contact from Amazon. Here is the tracking information I managed to get from the UPS portal, Lots10:

Status: Delivered

• To: Amazon - BHX4, COVENTRY, CV5 9PF

• Job: 9008788

• Booking: 31832962296

• Manifest: 1301004

• Scheduled: 06/09/2024 11:00 - 11:00

From my understanding, this pallet was delivered to Amazon’s BHX4 warehouse on 06/09/24.

What is going on with my pallet? Has anyone else experienced this sort of issue? Can someone please help?

I'm not getting any responses from Amazon seller support messages so I'm going to try messaging on here, hopefully someone from Amazon's team will be kind enough to reply to me.

I am writing to inquire about the status of my recent shipment issue. It has been over a week since I submitted all the requested documentation, including the Proof of Delivery (POD) and Proof of Purchase for the stock in question. However, I have not received any response from your team.

This matter is of great importance as I need to locate the missing pallet or receive reimbursement for it. Could you please provide an update on the progress of this issue? Additionally, I would appreciate any guidance on further steps I can take to expedite the resolution.
