Hello,

I have encountered a system issue in Seller Central. Whenever I open any order, I receive the following error message: "Unknown Error: Please try again later."

This happens with all orders, and I am unable to view the order details. Could you please check if there is a system bug or provide guidance on how to resolve this?

Hi guys

Same problem with my orders.

Just spoke with the amazon account health team as they told me they are aware of the issue and working on it but no known ETA so far…

I was wondering if any of you have had orders coming through since the issue started?… With my account it seems customers cannot buy anything from me while this glitch is going on but I would like to know if this is the same for everyone …

same in Germany. I tried already two hourse, I cant open any unshipped order. And for orders shipped, they are also unable to open
