Why my campaigns arent showing any data?

I created some campaigns since dec 14 and they are not showing any information. I contacted customer service, but they don't give me an answer. They only say that please be patience. I'm starting to get frustrated. Anyone could help me?

Here's a checklist that might help identify why your campaigns aren't showing data:

  1. Check if there are any payment-related error messages in your ad manager interface
  2. Review your bids: Go to campaign > ad group > targeting and check if your suggested bids are high enough to generate impressions/clicks
  3. Verify your Buy Box percentage: Ads only show when you have the Buy Box. You can check this under Reports > Business Reports > Detail Page Sales and Traffic By Child Item. Set the date range and look at the "Featured Offer (Buy Box) Percentage" column
  4. Double-check your campaign manager filters: Sometimes active filters can hide campaign data

I hope the experience has improved in the days since your post. If not, I can recommend some standard troubleshooting tasks like clearing cache and cookies, or attempting to access via a new browser. Sometimes, Seller Central seems to like Firefox the best!

If that, or checking on your user permissions, don't help correct this, then continuing to work with support through more technical troubleshooting will be your best bet. Feel free to keep me posted on progress in case I can help answer any questions!
