Unable to Access Amazon Ads Console - PPC Campaigns Impacted
Hello Amazon Community,
I’m facing a critical issue with accessing my Amazon Ads Console, and despite multiple attempts to resolve it through phone support, the problem has been ongoing for 6 days (From 9th Oct 2024 itself) without resolution. Case IDs are 10396821412 & 10412304062.
Issue Details: Whenever I try to access the Ads Console, I am taken to the front page, where I am asked to select my account and country. After choosing my store, "B4M-Store," and selecting "India," the page reloads and asks me to select the same options again, creating a loop that prevents me from accessing my Ads Console. Unable to get help through Amazon Ads console.
Actions Taken So Far:
- I’ve contacted Amazon Support via phone, but they only send me the same link repeatedly, which does not solve the issue.
- I am running 32 PPC campaigns that I am currently unable to monitor or optimize, which is negatively affecting my sales and business performance.
Request: I kindly ask the community or any Amazon moderators for assistance in resolving this issue as quickly as possible. I have also attached printscreen Image herewith, which will clearly demonstrating the issue, where the page keeps reloading without letting me access the Ads Console. This situation is impacting my business significantly, and I am looking for any advice or help to escalate this matter.
