Account deactivated for trying to change individual to business
Hi there,
I tried to change legal entity of my account from individual to business but it deactivated my account. Now I can go nowhere. My delivery is going to Amazon on Wednesday. If I didn’t get my account activated by Wednesday I’ll loose my parcel. Please help.

I’m afraid it can take several weeks for Amazon to check all your business's information. Have you supplied everything they asked for ie your UTR and Vat number (if applicable).

no, I just tried to change legal entity , one I pressed ‘next’ it deactivated my account. Can I directly chat with them to sort it out. ?
