Amazon has turned all my white backgrounds white.

Does Amazon turn your product backgrounds from white to grey? The photo I submitted does not have a transparent background. We worked hard to achieve a perfect white background of #ffffff or 255 255 255 by using lighting not software. But, Amazon turns out background to a gray #f7f7f7.

It's just kind of frustrating since we worked so hard to get a perfect white background.

Michelle at Amazon here. Amazon doesn't upload images to sellers listings unless they are also selling the product. Do you have a case with Seller Support so I can take a look at this?
