Account Closure(by mistake)

I would appreciate if someone can help with my seller account issue. let me tell you the history of the case:
I signed up for amazon seller central account. and after I got my Amazon account activated/healthy in US market more verification was asked by Amazon for Europe market (the emails were coming from amzon.co.uk) I wasn't able to understand what is going on and why I need to go through the verification process again as that was already completed successfully in US market . I contacted amazon customer service and they sent me a link which supposed to close Europe marketplace but it caused to terminate my account in USA and deactivate my Europe (in a mid of verification process in Europe). I tried to book a request to reactivate my amazon US but they didn't reached their target as my US account wasn't accessible anymore but I got an answer from amazon UK to create new Amazon account with new email address.
I have tried to create new US account but received that I have incomplete verification in Amazon "original marketplace" which I need to complete before proceeding. I reactivate UK account as it was still showing the reactivation link and went through the process of verification again until it was completed successfully.
I tried to sign up to US marketplace once more using another email address but I am not getting the verification completed for me.
can someone guide to understand what I have to do to enable my US amazon account again. is it possible to activate it under the original/first account? if not what different details I should provide to sign up with new email address
